- One-Piece Hollowing: Body outline hand-traced, chiselled, and gouged into a seamless resonating chamber.
- French Polish Finish: Surfaces finely scraped, shellac-polished to seal pores while preserving acoustic warmth.
- Goatskin Soundboard: Wet goat parchment edge-lapped, glued, and sun-cured for uniform tension.
- Precision Pegwork: Sheesham pegs turned, bone-tipped, and chalk-lubricated for smooth, stable tuning.
- Bridge & Jawari: Aged hardwood bridge carved; jawari filed until overtones bloom with vocal quality.
- Sympathetic Setup: 35-plus steel strings threaded, guides bevelled, and action height calibrated.
- Final QC & “Settling”: Instrument strung, tuned, allowed 24-hour settling; senior luthier performs tonal and bow-response checks before dispatch.
