Wood & Gourd Seasoning: Teak planks and gourds air-dried 3–4 years to 10 % moisture
Neck Carving: One-piece neck shaped, heel blended; surfaces scraped glass-smooth
Gourd Joining: Resonator trimmed, fitted, glued, and bound with cotton thread
Jawari Preparation: Bridge capped with bone, jawari curve filed for ringing sustain
String & Peg Fit: Peg holes reamed; strings mounted, stretched, and jawari balanced
Final QC: 24-hour settling, pitch stability, overtone bloom, and cosmetic inspection
